  I am pleased to report that, for the year ended 31 December 20 20 , Worldsec Limited (the Company ) and its subsidiaries (together the Group ) achieved an audited consolidated profit of US$ 944 ,000, compared with a loss of US$704,000 in 201 9 . Earnings per share were US 1 . 10 cent s (201 9 loss per share : US 0.83 cent). Net asset value per share was US 6 . 7 cents (201 9 : US 5 . 5 cents).
