Yakov Malkiel comes to DALA from an international law firm. During his years in private practice, Yakov investigated and litigated complex criminal, civil, and administrative matters. He tried several multi-week trials, appeared before a variety of appellate courts, and maintained an active pro bono practice. Earlier in his career, Yakov served as a law clerk to Judges (and Justices) of the Supreme Judicial Court, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Supreme Court of Israel.
