On Thursday, the government said it would not continue to fund the £100 million affordable housing scheme agreed as part of the 2017 devolution deal – £45 million of which is still outstanding. The minister for regional growth and local government, Luke Hall, notified the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority board of his decision in letter on Thursday. Luke Hall.
