Julio Roldan-Garcia, 49, of Walkill, N.Y., entered the not guilty pleas in a hearing before Judge John Blawie at Stamford Superior Court. Roldan-Garcia was a former operations manager for Integrated Building Management, a facility maintenance service based in Stamford, according to his arrest warrant. During his time with the company, Roldan-Garcia orchestrated a scheme where he would artificially increase the amount of hours worked by certain company employees and then would pocket the extra money, the warrant said.
