35 WorkSource Oregon centers are now back open for in-person services.
They’ve been closed since April 2020, due to the pandemic.
Everyone receiving unemployment insurance benefits in Oregon is now required to report work search activity when they file a weekly claim.
An updated WorkSource Oregon website has also recently launched.

JACKSONVILLE, Ore. Jacksonville’s McCully House will soon be under new ownership. Two Cave Junction residents and a chef from Jefferson Farm Kitchen are purchasing the McCully House. The home has been around since 1861.
Kathryn Moseley and her husband love chef Kristen Lyon’s food from Jefferson Farm Kitchen. They decided to jump in and purchase the McCully House.
The new owners say it will bring a unique farm-to-table experience to Jacksonville.
“She told me about her 5-year plan to have a bed and breakfast and be a destination where people can have these unique farm-to-table experiences, we leave that lunch and I see the McCully House is for sale, the 5-year plan became a 5-day plan,” said Moseley.
The ADLO group is made up of Ayala, and three other longstanding southern Oregon residents.
Jerry Evans has owned the Jacksonville Inn for the last 45 years. Evans and the group were able to come to terms on a deal this summer. The exact details are not being disclosed at this time, but we’re told the purchase is in escrow.
“Our goal is to maintain that legacy that Jerry has created to give our customers the same level of experience that they have had for the last 40 years,” said Ayala.
Ayala says the inn will be getting a facelift, but no drastic changes will be made at the restaurant.
