Oklahoman No matter the weather at this year s Festival of the Arts, conditions are as exquisitely cloudy as always in David Holland s familiar booth at the base of the Civic Center s front steps. I kind of stepped up my game a little bit as far as the display goes. I m showing a little bit less work, but . it looks more like a kind of gallery setting instead of a booth setting, Holland said.  I really like this is all my newest work. So, I m really excited about what I m showing, and there s one really big piece that s kind of a show-stopper. . I am hoping to have a really good year this year.
