Syracuse, N.Y. – Twenty-two inmates have tested positive this week for Covid-19 at Onondaga County’s Justice Center Jail and Jamesville penitentiary, causing jail officials to restrict activity by delivering meals to inmates in their cells.
Four jail staff and one employee of a food vendor also tested positive this week, Sheriff Gene Conway said today.
