February is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. I hadn’t given ovarian cancer any thought until the day I was diagnosed with it. An acute awareness of my own mortality has dominated my thoughts, and I fear border-closures will prevent me from seeing friends and family. But it has also been a time of personal growth. There are some important things I have learned.
