And now, the design tweaks are also making its way onto desktop, with users able to listen to your favourite songs on services such as YouTube Music, Deezer, Apple Music and Spotify when searching for tracks, artists and albums related to music.
In the updated search pages Google has moved the buttons you need to access these streaming services higher up the page into a more prominent position. So, you no longer need to scroll down a bit to click on the Spotify, Deezer or YouTube Music icons.
The Google search redesign also moves things around so more information is displayed in one area of the screen at once. This is thanks to a new sidebar on the left-hand side which lets users choose from a range of options. If you search for an album the sidebar will let you choose from overview, listen, videos and songs.
What to Do When YouTube Stops Working on Your Old Apple TV

According to a notification from Apple, YouTube is dropping support for some Apple TVs in early March. Users can still watch videos from a secondary Apple device via AirPlay, but you won’t be able to use the YouTube channel itself on third-generation Apple TVs from 2012.

Newer Apple TV devices, like the Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K, will still support YouTube. These models run tvOS, which is a modified version of iOS. That means they can run many of the same media apps that an iPhone can. Older Apple TVs, however, used proprietary “channels” that had to be made specifically for these models. YouTube already pulled support for the first and second-generation Apple TVs, so it was only a matter of time before gen three got nixed, too.

It’s that time of year again.
You’d be forgiven for forgetting what month it is, but it is somehow already February, which means the Super Bowl is once again upon us. For folks with cable, streaming the Big Sports Event which will begin Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS and will see the Kansas City Chiefs face off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers should not be an issue. But for cord-cutters, and particularly those with limited streaming subscriptions, you’ll want to make sure you have a decent wifi connection and access to the right apps and services ahead of time so you’re not left scrambling at kickoff.
