Jul 19, 2021 A number of projects have been kept in the Plan, for verification this week, belonging to different departments, for which District Statistics and Evaluation Officer, (Dy. Director Planning) Bilal Rashid deployed various teams, to ascertain the factual position regarding the execution of the projects on ground and their utility cum outcome, after completion, being public benefitted schemes. The teams have been assigned the task to carry out hundred-percent physical verification of works and projects in the district. The inspecting teams examined whether all basic codal formalities like AA, Technical Sanction, e-tendering have been adhered to besides examining availability of budgetary support, DPR, tendered/allotted cost and expenditure incurred etc. They further verified any visible and major deficiency which requires the attention of the executing agencies for remedial necessary action.
