Count 8 Use of Official Position for Personal Gain ($1,000 wire transfer): Not Guilty
Count 9 Theft of Property (Check from 2016): Not Guilty

Count 11 Soliciting thing of value from subordinate: Not Guilty

Authorities are on the scene of a crash involving an overturned vehicle on Interstate 65 southbound at Mile Marker 351 near U.S. 72 in Athens.
Limestone County Coroner Mike West says one person is dead.

UPDATE: Decatur police identified the driver killed in the wreck around 3 p.m. as Kelvin Pride, 52, of Athens.
Pride was on a motorcycle. He and the driver of the vehicle collided at the intersection of Highway 31 and Highway 20.
Pride died at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
