House fire in Chelsea Emergency services were called to a property on Catherine Avenue just after 2pm on 28 February. The fire caused extensive damage to the house and neighbouring properties, however no one was injured. An unknown male was observed in the vicinity of the property just after the fire. He was wearing blue jeans, white runners, a dark coloured hooded top wrapped around his waist and a black t-shirt with Mickey Mouse on the front of it and large white writing on the back. Investigators have released images of a male they believe can assist with their enquiries.
