( LIGHTVU ), a Canadian-based supplier of direct view LED screens and technology. LIGHTVU manufactures and distributes direct view LED products for indoor and outdoor spaces and is the Canadian distributor for Unilumin LED products. Headquartered in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada in a 16,000 sq ft facility, the company offers premium LED display solutions for a variety of business sectors.
Through the agreement, AMPD becomes a major distribution partner for LIGHTVU LED walls into the media and entertainment sector in North America.

Asia Argento (“Agony”), Golshifteh Farahani (“Extraction”) and Jim Sarbh (“Made in Heaven”) star in the voice cast of Ishan Shukla’s animated feature “Schirkoa,” production on which begins in the spring.
The voice cast also includes Soko (“Little Fish”) and Arish Ahmad Khan aka King Khan, front man of Berlin-based garage rock and psychedelic soul band King Khan and the Shrines, with filmmaker Gaspar Noe (“Climax”) and actor-musician Piyush Mishra (“Sanju”) appearing as VO guest stars. The soundtrack will be composed by Sneha Khanwalkar (“Gangs of Wasseypur”).
As Epic Games continues to remain one of the most successful groups in the gaming industry, so too does the company continue to make investments in its future. Such is the case with a recent acquiring of the RAD Game Tools group, which developers software and technology meant to aid in game development and play. With the purchase, RAD Game Tools will continue to work with various partners in contributing tech and expertise while also joining Epic Games teams to work on the improvement of the Unreal Engine.

Epic Games Acquired RAD Games Tools
Epic Games has officially acquired software developer RAD Game Tools which has been a prominent feature in around 24,600 games to date. The game tools will be leveraged as part of Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, but it won’t be exclusive to the engine either, allowing developers from other teams to continue using RAD Game Tools. Epic Games’ Fortnite is available for free right now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, and Android.

Roblox, which lets users program games and play other user-created games on its platform, initially planned to go public this year. But earlier this month, the company postponed its market debut to next year.
The California-based company filed its IPO paperwork in November and was expected to raise $1 billion, with a rumored valuation of $8 billion. That would already be double its latest private valuation of $4 billion but Reuters claims Roblox desires an even higher valuation.
