Bahrain opens registration for Covid-19 vaccine
MANAMA, December 14, 2020 Bahrain s Ministry of Health has urged citizens and residents to register online for the coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine. The move is in line with the Ministry of Health’s continued commitment to supporting the government’s comprehensive response to Covid-19 and safeguarding the health of all in the Kingdom, a statement said. The ministry commended HM the King’s Royal Directives, and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s commitment to safeguarding the community through the provision of a safe vaccine free of charge to the Kingdom’s citizens and residents. The ministry highlighted the Kingdom’s National Vaccination Programme, overseen by the National Medical Taskforce for Combatting the Coronavirus (Covid-19), to provide vaccinations at 27 health centres across the Kingdom.
