La chanteuse britannique sortira son premier album sur le label d’Ed Sheeran. La star ne tarit pas d’éloges sur sa jeune protégée.
Maisie Peters. Souvenez-vous bien de ce nom. L’artiste de 21 ans va bénéficier d’un coup de projecteur monstrueux ces prochains mois pour la sortie de son premier disque. Intitulé «You Signed Up For This», il paraîtra le 27 août 2021 sur Gingerbread Man Records, label d’Ed Sheeran. «Heureux d’annoncer que j’ai signé la merveilleuse Maisie Peters. C’est une artiste très spéciale. Nous avons eu quelques excellentes séances d’écriture ensemble et à partir de là, j’ai su que je devais travailler avec elle. J’ai hâte que vous entendiez son premier album», s’est réjoui dans un communiqué la megastar de 30 ans.

Ed Sheeran isn’t only prepping for his own return to the music spotlight; he’s helping a young artist take her first steps into it.
British singer
Maisie Peters, who’s already a sensation on iTunes and on streaming, has just been signed to Ed’s record label, Gingerbread Man Records. Her debut album,
You Signed Up for This, arrives August 27. A new single, “Psycho,” co-written by Ed and his frequent collaborator
Steve Mac, is due out July 2.
Calling Maisie “wonderful,” Ed says in a statement, “She’s a very special artist who continues to push her storytelling in new directions. We had a few great writing sessions together and from there I knew I had to work with her. Can’t wait for you to hear her debut album.”
