Sedalia Police Reports For January 26, 2021

Last Thursday night, Sedalia Police were dispatched to Dollar General, 713 East Broadway, in reference to an intoxicated subject. The suspect left prior to Officers arrival, but they were observed in their vehicle driving recklessly on Broadway Boulevard. Officers performed a traffic stop and made contact with the subject, who had the odor of intoxicants on his breath. The subject was uncooperative and it was discovered he had a revoked driver s license. Nikolay Boyko, 51, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Sedalia Police Department, where he refused to provide a breath sample. A search warrant was obtained, and Boyko was transported to the Bothwell Regional Health Center for a blood draw.
