A touring theme park is offering unlimited free rides to furious parents who say the event was a disappointment - instead of offering them a refund on their entry tickets costing up to $100 for a family.
Monster Creature World, running at the Claremont Showgrounds in Perth from January 15 to 24, offered families the chance to see giant robotic creepy crawlies and animals in an outdoor jungle.
However, many guests posted about their frustration online saying the event failed to match up to the promotional material after they were presented with smaller sculptures and pot plants in a shed.

Furious parents are demanding refunds after a monster creature world failed to live up to the photographs.
Monster Creature World, at the Claremont Showgrounds in Perth, advertised giant creepy crawlies and animals in an outdoor jungle.
Promotional images for the park showed giant lobster and spider models surrounding lush greenery.
But customers were disappointed to be met with smaller sculptures cordoned off inside a large shed.
