(ABC News: Baz Ruddick) For more than three weeks, the CSIRO s leading ocean research vessel RV Investigator has trawled the length of Australia s eastern coastline gathering data on the East Australian Current (EAC). It examined how warming water was impacting fish populations and marine food chains. After travelling from Hobart, the ship docked in Brisbane on Thursday, marking the final destination of its voyage before heading north to Darwin.
