Lee Jinhee, an associate professor of history at Eastern Illinois University, told Yonhap News Agency that J. Mark Ramseyer of the Harvard Law School, had sent an email with the warning. Lee has been at the vanguard of the efforts to redress the apparent distortion of history in Ramseyer s paper, titled Contracting for sex in the Pacific War, in which those forced into sexual servitude by Japan during World War II were depicted as willing prostitutes.

Harvey Breaks Two Morehead State Records As Track Runs In Kentucky Invitational

Credit MSU Athletics Morehead State track competed in its final meet before the OVC Championship with a performance in the Kentucky Invitational in Lexington, Ky. Kilani Harvey led the Eagles with a pair of record-breaking runs as she bested her own marks in the 100m and 200m events. Harvey started the weekend by shaving .11 seconds off her old 100m record with a time of 12.04 seconds before running the 200m in 24.67 to best her old mark of 25.09 in the event. Olivia Chapman led Morehead State in the Women s 800m with a time of 2:18.01 to place 18th. On the men s side of the 800m, four Eagles finished in the top-20 highlighted by a 14th-place performance by Michael Dunagan at 1:55.93.
