David J. Pratt was the passenger of a 2004 Honda Civic that was pulled over at about 2:20 a.m. on Route 462, east of Old Philadelphia Pike in East Lampeter Township, state police said.

A Pennsylvania State Police trooper shot at a man who hit him with a vehicle early Tuesday morning on Lincoln Highway East in East Lampeter Township, according to state police. Police are still searching for the man, identified as 18-year-old David Joseph Pratt, of East Lampeter Township, who is considered armed and dangerous. Troopers initiated a traffic stop at 2:20 a.m. for a vehicle in the 1600 block of Lincoln Highway East after a cigarette was discarded onto the roadway by one of the occupants, according to an affidavit of probable cause. A trooper asked the driver to step out of the vehicle and approached him, while Pratt stayed in the vehicle as a passenger, according to police.

Crush PD Fitness opened its doors on Monday in suite 122 and is now accepting new members. Crunch PD Fitness offers classes for people with Parkinson’s Disease including Rock Steady Boxing, Neuro Yoga, stretch and flexibility classes and more and will also offer classes for the public. Owner Susan Ludwig plans to also utilize the common areas of the property to host outdoor yoga classes down the road.
