Fish-keeping has developed over the centuries, from tiny bowls and vases to the present high-tech aquariums.
Unluckily, several fish-keepers haven t improved along too and keep their pets in the dreadful fishbowl. Ironically, fish bowls are not favorable homes for aquarium fish, even if they re bettas or goldfish, or any other species.

The form of the bowl reduces the surface-to-air ratio. This is the portion of how ample water surface is revealed to air as opposed to the rest of the water. The greater the ratio, the more oxygen will mash into the water, enabling the fish to breathe more effortlessly. The rectangular type of an aquarium permits a bigger surface-to-air ratio, keeping O2 degrees up.
