Blackpool finished in third spot in League One and will face Oxford on Tuesday night (Wednesday morning Australian time) in the first leg and then on Friday evening (Saturday morning Australian time) in the second leg with a spot at Wembley in the playoff final at stake.
The Seasiders have been in terrific form and head into the match on a four-game winning streak and with just two losses in their past 22 league matches.
Dougall, who joined the Lancashire side in October, has been one of the stars for Blackpool in midfield. The Australian has racked up 37 appearances in all competitions this season and has been a mainstay in the team with the meanest defence in League One.

SYDNEY Australia started administering COVID-19 vaccines to athletes around the country on Monday to give them “comfort and certainty” for their final preparations for the Tokyo Olympics.
Australia has been relatively slow to roll out vaccines to the general population but Olympic and Paralympic athletes have been allowed to jump the queue before they travel to the July 23-Aug. 8 Games.

While Australia has been one of the world s most successful countries in containing the spread of coronavirus, it has fallen far behind the government s own schedule for inoculations.
With the Olympics due to start on July 23, Canberra agreed to fast-track access to vaccines for all athletes travelling to Japan, despite accusations of queue-jumping.
