From Saturday until Monday, the Department of Health reported no Covid-19 related deaths in the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area, with the figure remaing static at 57. However, positive cases within the council area remain high with 215 recorded by the department, bringing the total number to 4,551. Across Northern Ireland from Saturday s report to today, 3,313 people tested positive while 42 deaths related to Covid were reported. There has now been 89,459 positive tests with 1,476 deaths. The number of positive cases in the last seven days was 9,591 compared to 12,629 for the previous seven days. Breaking down Fermanagh by postal district from January 4-10, 2021 shows positive cases in BT92 had 90, BT74 had 86, BT94 had 58 positive cases and BT93 has 55 positive cases.
