If you are one of the thousands of people who get phone alerts from Easton’s Smart911 warning system, you were holding your phone and possibly cursing.
At that hour, the National Weather Service made its decision to post a Winter Storm Warning, which was to begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, or more than 30 hours in the future. There’s a lot of snow on the way. But bet you already knew that.
