KUWAIT CITY, May 6: The Kuwaiti Medical Association (KMA) has affirmed support for the report that the Public Funds Protection Association and Kuwait Lawyers Society submitted to Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) regarding the verification of the lists of frontline workers who will receive the incentive, in a bid to protect public money and the rights of frontliners, especially since workers in the medical sector have been fighting against corona for more than a year now, reports Al-Rai daily.
The association highlighted the bravery of workers in the medical sector, pointing out this is rooted in the martyrdom of some of these workers while dealing with this epidemic. The association hopes the report will not delay the payment of the incentive to institutions directly involved in the fight against corona, such as the Ministry of Health.

Vice-Chairman of KAPPF and Secretary of KLS Attorney Adnan Abal affirmed that the frontliners deserve the incentive, but tampering with the lists of benefi- ciaries is unacceptable.
