You are a high school or GED graduate!
You have
18 months or more of Auto Estimating / Body Shop / Insurance experience
You have prior experience using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell
You enjoy the ability to work independently starting your day from home, and potentially traveling to various locations to restore peoples’ lives through outstanding customer service

⦁ 5-8+ years of application development and infrastructure engineering experience
⦁ Able to mentor different teams across the various engineering practices including extreme programming, product mindset, cloud/as-a-service approach, and infrastructure as code
⦁ Hands-on style - willingness and competence in producing necessary changes in our infrastructure and processes
⦁ Will be working primarily in an Extreme Programming environment and must be willing to work in a paired programming/engineering model
⦁ Able to facilitate diverse teams, multi-task, and work under pressure to meet aggressive schedule targets
⦁ Able to work effectively across organizational and geographical boundaries
⦁ Identify creative solutions for technical challenges
⦁ Able to communicate effectively across groups of diverse backgrounds
Review new file assignments and approve initial pleadings, propound discovery, and/or develop strategy
Contacts clients to discuss their case and answer any questions.Maintains contact at a minimum of 90 days
Contact claims (initial litigation plan, recurring minimum 90 day contact, strategy conferences, etc.)
Review all documentary evidence
Conducts depositions and examinations under oath and prepares summary documents
Prepares and conducts court appearances (matter management conferences, hearings, status conferences, etc.)
Conducts settlement/dispositive proceedings (e.g. mediations, arbitrations, etc.)
Try and/or arbitrate cases and prepares motions in liminie and summary documents
Draft post-trial motions
Provide legal opinions to claims clients

Compensation range for this position is $59,500 -$103,300 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
