Kroger to offer COVID vaccine at 115 of its Tennessee pharmacies

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) â Kroger Health has announced that itâs received a limited supply of the COVID-19 vaccine for 115 of its pharmacies across Tennessee.
The company announced Wednesday that it received doses of the vaccine through its participation in the Federal Retail Pharmacy Partnership. It will begin administering the vaccine in accordance with the state and local heath departmentsâ rollout plan.
âWe are strongly encouraging all customers and associates to receive the vaccine to curb the spread of COVID-19 in our communities. Exact locations were not announced, however, the vaccines will be administered at pharmacies in Apache Junction, Bullhead City, Chandler, Laveen, Phoenix, Surprise, Tucson, and Yuma.

Walgreens and CVS stories will offer more cororonavirus vaccines to eligible individuals in participating locations throughout the Bay Area after receiving tens of thousands of more doses from the federal government.
Both companies received an additional 49,000 vaccines each for their California stores through the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program. Vaccinations at some Walgreens began Wednesday. Eligible groups can book an appointment for a vaccine at participating CVS pharmacies starting Wednesday, with vaccinations beginning Thursday.
