Just when you thought the war on Louisville was over, here we go again. Rather than having a meaningful discussion about how to move the city of Louisville forward, Frankfort is focused on placing its finger on the scales of our local election and abandoning basic principles of local control. Jerry Miller has introduced House Bill 309 because “we can’t solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created our problems.” While we could not agree more that the same old thinking won’t solve our problems, we disagree entirely on how to solve them.
