HENDERSON, Ky. There were no new COVID-19 cases reported in Henderson or Webster counties on Monday and only one new case in Union County reported by the Green River District Health Department.
Overall, the GRDHD reported nine new cases in its seven-county district on Monday with all of the other eight being in Daviess County.
The incidence rate, which measures the average daily cases per 100,000 population over the past seven days, dropped to 9.2 as of Sunday afternoon in Henderson County and kept the county in the yellow or community spread level. Webster County remained in the yellow level as its incidence rate dropped to 7.7. Union County also remained in the yellow level as its incidence rate dropped to 7.0.

Overall, the GRDHD reported 33 new cases, with 20 in Daviess County, two in Ohio County and one in McLean County.

Webster and Union counties are also designated yellow with incidence rates of 8.8 and 8.9, respectively.

FRANKFORT, Ky (FOX19) - Kentuckyâs months-long decline in new cases of COVID-19 appears to have bottomed out.
The commonwealth recorded 4,377 new cases last week, or 181 more than the week before.
That incremental increase is the first since early January, snapping a 12-week streak of declining cases that followed the post-holiday surge.
Henderson County reports 2 new COVID-19 cases
HENDERSON, Ky. Henderson County recorded 2 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Thursday, according to the Green River District Health Department, which also reported two new cases in Webster County.
Overall, the GRDHD reported 16 new cases in its seven-county district on Thursday. Daviess County had eight cases. Hancock County reported three new cases while Ohio County had one. Union and McLean counties did not report any new cases. Two deaths were reported in the region, one each in Daviess and Ohio counties.
Henderson, Union and Webster counties all moved to the orange or accelerated level on the Kentucky Department for Public Health map.
