âThe request came through our generic email, and so thatâs truthfully why I kind of thought it was a hoax, because you donât normally expect that type of request to just come in through your generic email inbox,â Eveland said.
âItâs typically more personalized or somebody calls the store, but they sent it in and I thought, âOK, this is a little bit crazy,â but I replied to them and sure enough, we connected on the phone and talked through a lot of the details of what they were looking for and it just . it truthfully was such a whirlwind how quickly it all happened.â
