In his address, Mr. Modi said the projects would go a long way in creating the Athmanirbhar Bharat Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the five projects which were launched on Sunday would energise the growth projectory of the country.
Mr. Modi, who arrived at Kochi on Sunday afternoon, dedicated to nation, the Propylene Derivative Petrochemical Project of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), launched the Ro-Ro vessels to be operated between Bolghatty and Willingdon Island and inaugurated the Sagarika International Cruise Terminal.
Kerala’s Gender Park a model for whole world: CM
Kozhikode, Feb 14 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Sunday announced the functional launch of The Gender Park campus in Kozhikode.
The CM noted that the Rs 200-crore endeavour will enable women and transgender individuals to become entrepreneurs.
“The Gender Park sets a model for not just the country, but the whole world,” the Chief Minister said, after declaring open a Gender Museum, Gender Library, Convention Centre and an amphitheatre that form the first phase of the pioneering project aimed at boosting gender equality in the subcontinent.

Kasargod (Kerala) [India], February 14 (ANI): Days after Union Home Minister Amit Shah said the process of granting citizenship to refugees under the CAA would start as soon as COVID-19 vaccination concludes, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has reiterated that the Citizenship Amendment Act would not be implemented in the state.
Ahead of the Kerala Assembly polls, Vijayan was addressing a gathering here on Saturday during the inauguration of the Left Democratic Front s northern region yathra led by Communist Party of India (Marxist) acting secretary A Vijayaraghavan in Kasargod.
Kerala CM to launch Gender Park Campus on Feb 14, will lay foundation stone for IWTRC
Kozhikode, Feb 11 (UNI) India will get its pioneering Gender Park Campus this Sunday when Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will launch its government initiative at Kozhikode that aims to contribute to the gender discourse in South Asia in association with the UN Women.
At the ceremony in suburban Silver Hills in the city, Mr Vijayan will formally dedicate a Gender Museum, Gender Library, Convention Centre and an Amphitheatre as facilities to boost gender equality in the region through research, policy advice and uniquely conceptualized interventions, a release said here on Thursday.
