The leading development agencies of South Korea and the United States (US) signed on Wednesday a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to advance development cooperation in the Philippines.
Korean Ambassador to the Philippines Kim Inchul and US Embassy Chargé d’Affaires John Law joined acting Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA)-Philippines Country Director Hwang Jaesang and United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-Philippines Mission Director Lawrence Hardy II for the MOU signing at the US Embassy in Manila.
