Jensun Claycomb, 21, on Dec. 22 was charged with attempted homicide and attempted first degree murder, as well as other charges, stemming from an incident on Sept. 1 that resulted in the infant being diagnosed with shaken baby syndrome, according to state police.
Claycombâs attorney during a preliminary hearing on Wednesday argued the girlâs injuries were the result of another medical incident that occurred earlier in August.
