Colton Anton Johnson, 26, Minot, and Copper Lynn Galloway, 24, Berthold, are each charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony intent to deliver methamphetamine and Class B felony intent to deliver heroin. Galloway is charged with two Class C felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia on Monday; Johnson is charged with Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia and Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the Ward County Narcotics Task Force searched Johnson’s residence on Monday and both Johnson and Galloway were present. Officers found a digital scale with suspected methamphetamine residue, methamphetamine and heroin next to the scale, and several glass pipes in the main bedroom.
