This week the City of Belleville announced that they are collaborating with the Community Health Centre and Quinte West Public Library to launch a community phone program for older adults.
This pandemic has shown us the power of calling and checking in with family and friends. However, for seniors in our community, many are even more isolated just based on where they are located or their ability to get out.
