BUICK CREEK, B.C – The Peace River Regional District is advising residents that the Buick Creek Water Station will be closed for maintenance on January 12th.
Between 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the tank loader and bottle fill stations will not be operating. The Prespatou Water Station will remain open during this timeframe.

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – The Peace River Regional District has temporarily suspended their Grant Writer Services.
In previous years, the service would help out not-for-profits when applying for grants. Currently, the PRRD is establishing a new contract for the service and are hoping it’s in place by the Spring.
The district will still help out these community groups; however, there may be a delay as they try to get a new contract put in place.
If any community groups contact the PRRD, they’ll stay in touch with them and offer the Grant Writing Service once they can.
