LYNCHBURG, Va. – Centra Health is giving community members a chance to have their voices heard.
As a part of a tri-annual Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), Centra Health is asking that you take a survey so it can assess health needs within the community.
The data will be used to determine health disparities and will help the not-for-profit health care system determine a solution to best serve those communities.
The survey results will also help guide Centra Health and our community partners as they determine solutions to the health needs within the community and provide information on how Centra Health invests its funds and resources back into the community.
