LOS ANGELES - The city s five mobile coronavirus testing teams will deploy to locations in predominantly Black and Latino communities in the East San Fernando Valley and South Los Angeles beginning Tuesday and lasting throughout the week, in areas where COVID-19 infections nearly doubled in early December. Angelenos must remain vigilant in the face of this surge.
