Belarus calls to strengthen international security architecture An archive photo MINSK, 19 May (BelTA) – Belarus Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei took part in a session of the CSTO Foreign Ministers Council in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on 19 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The parties exchanged views on international and regional developments and their impact on the security of the CSTO member states. The foreign ministers pointed to the importance of closer interaction on international platforms, emphasized the need to further expand cooperation between the CSTO and other international organizations, as well as to step up efforts to enhance the role of the organization in maintaining international peace and security.
