She explained to NBC DFW, When I was at home, I had all of the stuffed animals to help keep me safe, and feel safe and warm. Those kids might not have a stuffed animal or something like that so I thought I would just make them feel safer. Furthermore, she began collecting stuffed animals from around her neighborhood to send overseas, thus birthing her organization Paisley s Pals.
