Veteran CIA Analyst Censored, Manhandled – American Free Press

Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern was physically thrown out of a Senate confirmation hearing for CIA director Gina Haspel for politely demanding answers on U.S. torture and Ms. Haspel’s role. Targeted Aid Organizations Call for Protection

Targeted Aid Organizations Call for Protection Voice of America 17 Jul 2021, 07:35 GMT+10 Providers of humanitarian aid called on the U.N. Security Council Friday to support their work to reach millions in need, as they and their operations increasingly become targets of violence and attacks. One hundred-ninety-one humanitarian workers have been killed, injured or kidnapped since the beginning of this year. Many of them are national workers who are more exposed to risks, as they are intervening on the frontlines, Lucile Grosjean, Advocacy Director for the international NGO Action Against Hunger told the council. Our appeal is clear: the Security Council must move to act and put an end to this deadly spiral.
