The human right report said some high school-age children and homeless and jobless youth were subjected to sex trafficking. The report said reports of children exploited in organised prostitution were common in tourist centers as Nadi and Savusavu. “Increasing urbanisation, overcrowding, and extended family structures put children at risk of abuse and appeared to contribute to a child’s chance of exploitation for commercial sex.”
