(Jake May | MLive.com)Jake May | MLive.com Facebook Share SAGINAW, MI - Saginaw County is starting a push to make sure that those in vulnerable populations are able to access the COVID-19 vaccine. The Saginaw County Health Department announced that it submitted an application to the state to receive additional doses. The doses will be for a collaborative effort to vaccinate those considered socially vulnerable due to factors such as socioeconomic status, family composition, disability, minority status and language minority, housing type and transportation.
