PARKERSBURG Two people from Marietta and one person from Parkersburg were arrested Tuesday for fentanyl sales with around 24 grams found in their possession.
Following a call reporting loitering near a business on Eighth Street in Parkersburg, Andrew Robert Johnston, 41, 120 Franklin St., Marietta, Kelci Leann Wise, 20, 214 Pennsylvania Ave. Apt. 12, Marietta, and Chasity Hope Gibson, 28, 1131 Stadium Drive, Parkersburg, were found inside of a truck, according to a criminal complaint filed with the Wood County Magistrate Court.
Wise was in the passenger’s seat and told officers there were drugs in the vehicle, the complaint said.
Gibson was in the backseat and officers noticed her eyes were red and she wasn’t able to keep them open, the complaint said.
