Woman Charged with Aggravated Assault after Scissor Attack   SAN ANGELO, TX – Veronica Perez has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon after she stabbed her victim 7 times with a pair of scissors. On April 10th, 2021, Tom Green County deputies responded to the San Angelo State Supported Living Center in Carlsbad, TX due to a reported stabbing that took place. Upon arrival, law enforcement found the victim being treated by medics for multiple stab wounds and then the victim was transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment. Two employees both provided statements to deputies. One saw Perez attack the victim and the other saw the two fighting. Both wrote there was blood all over the ground after the victim was assaulted.
