WTTW News The churn continues in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s administration, as her office announced that Chief of Staff Maurice Classen would exit after roughly two years since the mayor’s inauguration. Replacing Classen in the role is Sybil Madison, who was previously deputy mayor for Education and Human Services. The move comes as Lightfoot works to fill a number of vacancies across her administration. Lightfoot also announced her new chief operating officer: Paul Goodrich, who will oversee “infrastructure, transportation, regulatory and municipal administrative services” in the city as well as “various COVID relief funding sources,” the mayor’s office said in a press release.
