SINGAPORE, Dec 23 Singapore today reported 21 new imported cases of Covid-19. There are no cases in the wider community.The Ministry of Health (MoH) said that 20 of the cases have no symptoms.
The 21 cases are:
― Five permanent residents with travel histories to India and the United Kingdom
― Nine foreign domestic workers who arrived from Indonesia, India and Myanmar
― Two student’s pass holders who came from India
― Two short-term visit pass holders. One had arrived from India to visit his relatives here while the other had arrived from Sweden to board a ship docked in Singapore as a crew member

Thousands of Australians stranded in the UK have been dealt another blow with the news Singapore Airlines will effectively halt flights from the UK.
The Singapore Ministry of Health has announced new restrictions that ban anyone who has been in the UK in the past 14 days from entering.
That includes anyone transiting through the airport.
Australian man, Sean, was booked on a Singapore Airlines flight early in 2021 and now fears he and his young family will be unable to return to Australia.
