Vietnam and Singapore further promote strategic partnership
At the invitation of Vietnamese Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son, Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan paid an official visit to Vietnam and attended the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) High-level Policy Dialogue from June 20-23.
Vietnam, Singapore to work towards bilateral agreement on digital economy Vietnamese Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son on June 21 held talks with his Singaporean counterpart Vivian Balakrishnan. The two ministers highlighted the key role of the two countries’ foreign ministries in fostering bilateral ties in various sectors. They agreed to closely coordinate to promote the exchange of delegations and meetings at all levels as well as maintain cooperation mechanisms. The next meeting to be held will be the 14th deputy-ministerial-level political consultation later this year.

Jakarta (VNA) - The
Indonesian Police s anti-terror
squad Densus 88 on April 1 arrested three more terror suspects with alleged
links to the
suicide bombing at the Cathedral Church in Makassar city, South
Sulawesi province, on March 28.
So far,
Densus 88 has arrested 16 people in Makassar and its surrounding
areas, spokesperson for South Sulawesi Police, Senior Commissioner Pol. E
Zulpan said.
The three suspects were arrested from three different locations, Zulpan
informed, without providing further details.
Of the total 16 suspects, six are female and two
terror suspects were released as no links was found between

their meeting in Seoul, the two officials exchanged opinions on a wide array of
