A high priority for the radical left is a national takeover of our elections. They want the bureaucrats in D.C. running our elections. This is what S. 1, the For the People Act, but in actuality The Corrupt Politicians Act, is all about another big government power grab.
Following the 2020 election, there is no doubt that many states need to reform their election laws. A national takeover is not the answer. Power is best left close to the people. Elections should be run at the state and local levels.

The Corrupt Politicians Act sets out to turn all the states to the Pennsylvania election model of chaos and uncertainty. States will be required to count ballots that arrive up until 10 days after election day, meaning the election will frag on and on. Meanwhile, my home state of Ohio that ran smoothly and delivered results on election night will be forced to adopt this flawed election system.

Wednesday on FNC’s “Hannity,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) slammed President Joe Biden’s address to a joint session of Congress on multiple policy fronts.
The Texas Republican U.S. Senator called the speech “frightening” while masquerading as “boring.”
Partial transcript as follows:
Well, look, I think the speech tonight, you could sum up in three words, boring but radical. The speech by design was common dulcet tones. You know, I challenge you to remember a single line from the speech. I mean, it was monotone, the chamber was nearly empty. And that really has characterized the first 100 days of Joe Biden that he’s tried to say nothing notable. He’s tried to tweet nothing notable.

When future historians assess President Biden's first 100 days, it may be an event that occurred on the 42nd day of his administration that they deem the most important. On March 2, Biden quietly met for more than two hours with presidential historians who, discussing the presidencies of "some of his most admired predecessors," Franklin D. Roosevelt and Lyndon Johnson, reinforced Mr. Biden's desire to "think big, go big" on policy.
