PHILADELPHIA, June 3, 2021 – The National Lacrosse League (@NLL), the largest and most successful professional lacrosse property in the world, today announced that 10 new members have been elected into the NLL Hall of Fame. Among the honorees are eight former players and two referees, under the Builders category.
The NLL Hall of Fame Class of 2021 presented by GAIT Lacrosse is as follows:
Colin Doyle played 19 seasons with Ontario, San Jose and Toronto. A six-time champion with Toronto (1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2005, & 2011), the forward was named the Championship Game MVP three times (1999, 2002, & 2005). He won the 1998 Rookie of the Year award and 2005 MVP award, and was an All-League First Team member four times and Second Team seven times. Doyle finished fourth all-time in goals (527), assists (857) and points (1,384) and tied for fifth all-time in games played (266). He was a two-time scoring champion (2005 & 2009).

The Panther City Lacrosse Club has named Steve Toll Defensive Coach, the team announced today.
“We are very excited to complete our bench staff today with the addition of defensive coach Steve Toll,” said General Manager Bob Hamley. “Steve’s passion and enthusiasm for our game is unmatched. A winner at every level as a player and as a coach, we look forward to Steve bringing his passion and experience to Panther City. Welcome to Panther City Steve!”
Named the first ever National Lacrosse League Transition Player of the Year in 2007, Toll won the NLL championship five times during his illustrious 14 year playing career, four times with the Toronto Rock and once with the Rochester Knighthawks. In addition to his time in Toronto and Rochester, Toll played for Edmonton, Colorado, San Jose, and Ontario.

PHILADELPHIA â The National Lacrosse League (@NLL), the largest and most successful professional lacrosse property in the world, today announced that the NLL Board of Governors has officially approved the start of the 2021-22 season for the weekend of December 3rd-4th. The schedule will call for 18 regular season games followed by Playoffs and a Championship Series.
